User Technology Specialist

Compensation: $40/hr (W2 only)

Location: 100% Onsite – Phoenix, AZ 85003

Shift time: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Duration: One-year contract (starting upon onboarding)

Purpose: 
Provide temporary IT support to ensure continuity during absences of the primary ITSS. This role is critical to maintaining operations and preventing service disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as backup IT support specialist.
• Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage hardware inventory and lifecycle.
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain documentation.
• Assist with user training, deployment, and process improvements.

Required Skills

• User support experience.
• Imaging systems experience.
• User computer imaging and deployment experience.
• Desktop support experience.
