As the Founder and CEO of Sharp Decisions, Karen Ross has been the driving force behind the nationally recognized solutions provider serving Fortune 1000 companies for over three decades. Amidst years of technological evolution, Karen has adeptly navigated numerous companies within Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media, and Telecommunications. Under Karen's leadership, Sharp Decisions has garnered accolades from Crain’s New York Business and Inc. Magazine. As an innovator, Karen is dedicated to developing and integrating DLT and Web3 technologies, catalyzing progress for clients across various sectors. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Union College.
Chief Financial Officer & COO
Stuart Gottlieb holds the position of COO and Chief Financial Officer at Sharp Decisions, where he leads the charge in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and operations. Stuart, a seasoned financial expert with a robust background in the technology consulting industry, initiated his career as a certified public accountant and has since been pivotal in the growth and success of numerous organizations. Stuart is a graduate of the SUNY Binghamton School of Management and has completed the Harvard University Graduate School of Business OPM Program.

Jennifer Sibilla is the Director of Client Solutions, servicing clients nationwide with an emphasis on IT solutions, growing new business partnerships, and strengthening her existing client relationships. Her acumen and technical aptitude make her an ideal partner for delivering small- and large-scale technology projects. Jennifer is focused on meeting and exceeding client goals and supporting evolving talent needs. Ross Butterfield is the director of strategic accounts for Sharp Decisions. Ross joined Sharp Decisions to help his clients build Information Technology teams, establish the DFW branch, and create strategic Veteran alliances in the southern region. He is skilled in strategic IT consulting, business development, account management, and IT recruiting. You can find him enjoying the Dallas Cowboys, Stars, Rangers, and Mavericks in his free time.

Susan Thiel is the controller responsible for all of the accounting functions at Sharp Decisions. She has worked for Sharp Decisions for over 20 years overseeing the safe handling of all accounting duties within the company. Susan enjoys live music and walking on the beach in her free time.

Illene Ocampo serves as the Human Resources Generalist at Sharp Decisions. Manager of Payroll & Contracts
Marina Mlloja is solely responsible for all payroll and payroll related activities for Sharp Decisions. She is also responsible for maintaining Sharp’s contract database and ensuring contracts are complete and accurate. In her spare time Marina enjoys cooking and going on walks with her cat Jasper. Laura O’Loughlin is the Office Manager at Sharp Decisions. She is responsible for ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly. Laura is also responsible for the lifecycle of candidates – from onboarding new hires to their termination or end of the assignment. She facilitates all communication with internal departments and their assigned clients. She enjoys nature and spending time with her bull terrier puppy in her free time.
