V.E.T.S. Program Discusses Effects of Gainful Employment on PTSD with CNBC

With a retention rate of 94%, the success of the program stems from its military-inspired structure that builds on the expertise vets already possess. When we started two years ago this month, we were training 16 veterans, we now employ over 70 veterans across the country.

What we are most proud of, though, is the fact that some of our veterans have found their PTSD quieted by the ability to have gainful employment with growth potential. Our veterans are very good at what they do and getting up and going to work every day knowing that is a big reason why a lot of them have seen their PTSD quieted in one way or another.
