[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1569969521618{padding-bottom: 50px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_column_text]Last week the V.E.T.S. Program and Freddie Mac joined together to announce that Freddie Mac would be taking on another squad of veterans after seeing immense value in the first handful of teams.

Freddie Mac’s John McCorry said, “the enthusiasm they bring to engage in different areas of our company has been fantastic.”

Previously, Freddie Mac’s Tim Snyder, a Desert Storm veteran himself, said that bringing on a new squad of veterans “was the easiest business decision I ever made. These guys come to us already trained and in teams that have already worked together. I would say that they are actually more effective than many of our college hires because they are more experienced, focused and they already know exactly what they need to learn.

Freddie Mac has been an outstanding partner, but Sharp Decisions, on NBC, provided a call to action for other companies to step up and take on veterans like Freddie Mac continues to do.
