SAP Products Technical & Delivery Advisor

Customer-facing role supporting Large & Strategic accounts.

Serve as a trusted technical and delivery advisor responsible for safeguarding and optimizing customer investments in the SAP product line. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role supporting Large & Strategic accounts — acting as the primary technical contact, orchestrating delivery experts, and guiding customers across cloud architecture, security, compliance, migration strategy, and ongoing operational health.

Customer Engagement
  • Serve as primary technical contact for customers on technology and cloud service delivery.
  • Support the Client Delivery Manager in regular stakeholder cadence and expectation management.
  • Own technical discussions and orchestrate delivery experts as required.
  • Present technical details and engagement models to internal and external stakeholders.
Architecture & Landscape
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the customer landscape and system interdependencies within and beyond the SAP environment.
  • Conduct monthly technical and operational reviews measuring progress against cloud architecture and roadmap.
  • Establish and drive resolution plans for issues through to completion.
Security & Compliance
  • Guide customers on Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, and Network architecture.
  • Assess customer security and network requirements against the security architecture framework.
  • Apply knowledge of cloud security, encryption, and key management best practices.
Migration & Delivery
  • Support migration roadmap together with partners, System Integrators, and Professional Services.
  • Analyze customer technical requirements and drive resolution with delivery team experts.
  • Support the Account team and TechOps teams in executing the service delivery plan and calendar.

4+ years of SAP Basis administrative experience (Required).
4+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience.
4+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, or SAP implementation.
2+ years of technical project management for SAP Operations or Implementation.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management.
Strong proficiency across the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions.
