Responsibilities

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers.
- Optimize database performance and manage data storage solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in backend development.
- 10+ years of experience with Django.
- Proven experience with Azure Cloud services.
- Demonstrated commitment, proactive mindset, and strong ownership in delivering outcomes.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management.
