We are hiring QA Analyst in Charlotte NC – Hybrid with our direct client. It is a long term engagement.

Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
2) Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance phases.
3) Document defects clearly and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
4) Ensure traceability of requirements and maintain test documentation. Participate in agile scrum calls with the CyberDW team and provide feedback on system usability and stability. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
5) Identify, evaluate, and manage the documentation and deliverables required for each project testing and automation.
Skills:
1) 5+ years' experience in software testing, quality assurance, or business systems analysis. Financial services and banking background preferred.
2) Must have a comprehensive knowledge of and experience in the use of Test management tools – i.e., JIRA. Additional experience in use of Confluence would be advantageous.
3) Familiarity with SDLC and Agile or Scrum frameworks. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and documentation skills.
4) Must be able to scrub and analyze data. Strong experience writing SQL queries, familiarity with joins, CTEs, looking for data outliers, etc.
