[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]There have been a handful of stories recently that discuss how men in Silicon Valley feel as though women-in-tech diversity initiatives are going too far. Our CEO Karen Ross decided to respond to those claims in an op-ed published in U.S. News & World Report titled “Rewrite the Rules on Women in Tech.” This op-ed touches on the fact that if a growing contingent of men in Silicon Valley think the women in tech movement has gone too far, then we have only gone backward. It also discusses how women should continue taking risks to show their skills and value. They should, whenever possible, look to rewrite the rules of business.
