Senior Director, Regional Operations
The Senior Director, Regional Operations oversees teams throughout the region to ensure the effective execution of operational practices, procedures, and service delivery standards. This role also provides Implementation Management support for key customer accounts to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
Facility Management
- Lead the overall management and operational performance of regional facilities.
- Manage employee performance, including recognition, performance reviews, career development, corrective actions, and workforce scheduling.
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees.
- Develop and maintain employee training programs and ongoing training updates.
- Maintain Operations policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Implementation & Customer Support
- Collaborate with the Manager of Implementations to ensure seamless customer implementations.
- Review customer contracts, orders, and associated terms and conditions.
- Serve as Implementation Manager for strategic customer accounts, ensuring successful service delivery and adherence to project management processes.
- Track project costs, submit purchase order requests, coordinate vendors, and report on project health and status.
Customer Environmental Services Management
- Create and deliver scopes of work for environmental consulting services.
- Partner with Sales to develop environmental services proposals.
- Work with Operations teams to ensure connectivity and monitoring capabilities are implemented for delivered services
