Summary:
This position is responsible for all new loan boarding and loan modifications. The role includes post-origination quality control reviews to ensure proper documentation, account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, payment processing, and various adjustable loan processing activities. The position also requires an understanding of applicable compliance regulations and experience with SBA loans, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, Business Loans, and Participation/Syndication Loans.
Skills:
- Experience in lending, loan onboarding, loan processing, or financial services.
- Familiarity with loan documentation, credit evaluation, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency with loan boarding and servicing applications, as well as Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
