Senior .NET Developer – Arkansas
The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for managing the design, development, and support of complex .NET solutions for a variety of state government business needs.
On-Site Day 1 Hybrid Eligible Arkansas Required
Candidate must reside or relocate to Arkansas to be on-site Day 1. Initial work will be fully on-site until performance is proven, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2 days per week.
This position will work in a collaborative team environment with design guidance and oversight, including architecture reviews, code reviews, and development of coding standards. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level development skills using the .NET framework.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms applications
- Maintain and enhance existing application code
- Perform and participate in design and code reviews
- Identify technical risks and recommend best practices
- Meet with stakeholders and manage project expectations
Qualifications
- Expert experience in C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET
- Strong proficiency in CSS, jQuery, and web design
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher
- Expert-level experience with modern web application architecture trends
- Expert knowledge of Web Services, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
