Key Responsibilities
- Perform business systems analysis for enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
- Conduct system analysis for projects and enhancements following SDLC methodologies (Agile & Waterfall)
- Facilitate workshops (e.g., JAD sessions), data analysis, and business process/workflow analysis
- Gather, refine, validate, and prioritize complex business requirements into a clear backlog
- Occasionally manage project plans, track progress, and report status
- Coordinate and lead meetings with stakeholders and distribute meeting minutes
- Support production systems as needed
- Create and execute test cases (white-box and black-box) for batch and online processes
- Develop presentations and communication materials for various stakeholders
- Analyze business operations to identify automation opportunities
- Assist in business process redesign and documentation for new technologies
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams
- Facilitate communication and negotiation between business units and IT
- Align technology solutions with business strategies
- Support multiple moderately complex business processes
- Assist Project Managers with project planning and execution
- Lead smaller projects and facilitate project planning activities
- Conduct feasibility studies including cost/benefit and technical analysis
- Coach and mentor junior team members
Must Have Skills
- Experience delivering consumer-facing websites, digital platforms, or services with complex data and integrations
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models
- Experience with workshop facilitation (e.g., JAD sessions, empathy mapping), data analysis, and workflow design
- Technical background to interpret and map complex business requirements to system architecture
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for managing project artifacts and user stories

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Ability to gather and refine complex business requirements and assess interdependencies
- Experience developing business cases and conducting impact analysis
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and audit principles
- Knowledge of business architecture and its relationship to other systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder negotiation skills
