Sharp Decisions Receives 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award from the U.S. Department of Labor

Su as a recipient of the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award. The virtual award ceremony, hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor, honored Sharp Decisions for its outstanding efforts in recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.

Sharp Decisions earned the prestigious gold award after a rigorous application process earlier this year. The HIRE Vets Act Medallion Program stands as the only federal award recognizing employers who not only prioritize veteran employment but also provide substantial support for veterans' career growth.

Criteria for the 2023 HIRE Vets Medallion Award include stringent standards for veteran employment, such as hiring and retention percentages, availability of veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs for veterans. Since 2018, over 1,600 employers have been recognized with the HIRE Vets Medallion Award.
